Laura Ellman Summer Camp

I began this summer by scouring the internet looking for an opportunity for me to volunteer my time for a political candidate or organization. That search led me to the Laura Ellman Summer Camp. Not only was it a fabulous way to support an environmentally conscious state senator, but it was also an amazing opportunity for me to learn about every aspect of campaigns. From the campaign trail as a candidate to gathering volunteers as a Field Organizer, I learned it all. Thanks again to Mimi and Arian for running the summer camp. It was an amazing time and something I hope will stay around for years and years to come.
